Founded by Javier Galindo and Claudia Sanchez, GS Three brings together architecture, development, and meticulous project management under one roof. Claudia's design background and Javier's experience leading large-scale projects abroad shape a hands-on, one-stop-shop model — from concept and permitting to construction and final keys.
We believe a home should reflect the story of the people who live there, not the trends of the moment. Through thoughtful use of materials, texture, light, and contrast, we craft residences that feel individual, comfortable, and timeless — built with the kind of care we'd want in our own home.
